Oversee daily operations of the dishwashing areas for our culinary operation, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This position involves managing both nighttime and daytime operations with a focus on staff management, equipment maintenance, communication, training, compliance, cost control, innovation, and problem resolution.
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards.
Greet guests upon arrival and departure and park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.
