• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

  Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.

  Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards. 

• Breakfast Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards. 

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Serve beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, achieving a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  Manage hotel front office operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Event Manager (Meetings/Events)

  Job Description: Responsible for preparing all event documentation and coordinate with Sales, F&B and other property departments to ensure consistent, high-level service throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases. Communicate and coordinate functions with customer and serve as the liaison between the customer and other departments/managers. Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up selling and offering enhancements to create memorable and outstanding events. Position will require some direct sales efforts.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Area Chief Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Manage maintenance functions and engineering staff for multiple hotels to ensure hotel structures are maintained in accordance with established HHM, guest service and sustainability standards. 

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• Room Attendant / Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards. 

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.
