The General Manager will embrace the history of the property while guiding its evolution and become an ambassador of the local culture.
Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.
Manage housekeeping operations in accordance with established guest service, quality and sustainability standards.
Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards.
Assist the sales and marketing departments with sales and media tours, social media & content production, and the execution of programming and partnerships for the hotel, spa, and food and beverage outlets.
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
Manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, the primary function of this position is to do heavy duty cleaning throughout the kitchen and respective areas after hours. Overnight shifts are the shifts where all deep cleaning and heavy work is conducted.
Manage the development, implementation and administration of human resource functions, including recruitment, training and development, benefit administration, and employee relations.
Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation of food and oversight of kitchen operations in accordance with established food quality, guest service and sustainability standards.
