• Assistant Chief Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Perform general maintenance functions to ensure guest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure.    

• Bartender - Para Maria (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Join two-time Chopped Champion Tatiana Rosana open the brand new Para Maria Kitchen and Bar concept and serve beverages and food to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service sustainability standards

• Bell Person (Guest Services)

  Greet guests with a warm welcome at hotel entrance and provide services related to the transportation and storage of luggage and provide other guest services. 

• Breakfast Supervisor (Food & Beverage)

  Supervise breakfast operations including the preparation and serving of food and beverage items while interacting with guests in a friendly and courteous manner consistent with brand/hotel and sustainability standards. 

• Brunch Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards. This is a part time position on Saturdays and Sundays from 6am - 1pm.

• Cook - Para Maria (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Join two-time Chopped Champion Tatiana Rosana open the brand new Para Maria Kitchen and Bar concept. Prepare food items according to recipes and standards, taking pride in the excellence and quality of cuisine, while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Director of Sales (Sales & Marketing)

  Develop and execute strategic sales plans through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations, and community partnerships.

• Experienced Barback (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare and service bars operating within the hotel in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards in Outlook Kitchen & Bar and Lookout Rooftop Bar.

• Experienced Barback (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare and service bars operating within the hotel in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards in Outlook Kitchen & Bar and Lookout Rooftop Bar.

• Host / Hostess - Para Maria (Food & Beverage)

  Join two-time Chopped Champion Tatiana Rosana open the brand new Para Maria Kitchen and Bar concept. Greet and escort guests to restaurant and cocktail tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards in Para Maria Kitchen and Bar.

• Human Resources Manager (Human Resources)

  Manage human resource functions for the hotel and its staff, including recruitment, training and development, benefit administration, and employee relations. 

• Restaurant Server - Para Maria (Food & Beverage)

  Join two-time Chopped Champion Tatiana Rosana open the brand new Para Maria Kitchen and Bar concept and serve food and beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service sustainability standards.

• Security Officer (Security)

  Perform protective and enforcement functions in a friendly and courteous manner to maintain a safe and secure hotel environment.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Cook or Stewarding Supervisor - Executive Steward or Sous Chef
